I wanted to design a small furniture piece which fits in the house everywhere. A little piece which can be cherished, is fun and happy. It was quite clear to me that I wanted to create a bird like shape because a bird stands for freedom. The birdies are figurative objects for the home interior made from sheet metal and solid wood. They combine a sturdy looking material like sheet metal with the natural soft look of wood. The birdies are ready to fly to your home.
